The ProCut Series is a Locally Manufactured CNC Router Machine. Made by our people for our people, It is powerful, stable, durable, and affordable.

It is shipped assembled to your door. Shipping charges will be handled separately after the order is placed.

The ProCut comes in 2 sizes.

  • Xtra Large (XL) - 3000 x 2000mm working area

Our ProCut Series is perfect for engraving/milling/cutting aluminium, wood, MDF,  perspex, acrylic, wood, and other materials with high accuracy. It offers very good reliability with high-quality controllers supplied with many upgradable options that are available.

Please note: Drag Chain System is already included in the design and does not need to be added after!


Cable Drag system:

The Cable Drag Chain system is installed to protect the wiring of the CNC Machine. Due to the moving axis on the machine, a dynamic cable protection system is required.

We selected a bigger drag chain to best accommodate the extra encoder wires. The newer introduced drag chain has also a greater bending radius that plays an important role in keeping the cables from overbending.

Stepper Motor:

The strong and rigid Stepper Motor - NEMA 23 57x112mm 4-lead 3A - 3Nm 428Oz-in for CNC & 3D Printer is often used on most CNC Router Machines.

Spindle Motor Options

This is the Spindle Motor 2.2KW kit squared design. Some CNC enthusiasts and designers prefer the square design as it is usually easier and more securely mounted onto your CNC router machine.

It has the bracket mounted to the spindle which holds the spindle more firmly and avoids shudder/vibration.

The Makita hand router is often used as the router/milling carver for the machine.  The nice thing is that you do not need a Variable Frequency Drive to run it, it plugs in directly to 220V power.  This makes it very good value for money.

It has an on/off switch on the router and a variable speed control knob as well.  This kit also includes a dust collection cover if needed.

Stepper Motor Driver DM542 - 4.2A

The DM542 is one of the best value-for-money hybrid stepping motor drivers on the market and is designed to drive bipolar hybrid stepper motors with outside diameters of between 42mm and 86mm at less than a 4.0A phase current. By utilizing a similar circuit to typical servo control methods, the DM542 runs smoothly at both high and low speeds – with little to no noise or vibration.

USB and Ethernet Mach4 CNC controller – PoKeys57CNC

PoKeys57CNC USB and Ethernet Mach4 CNC controller can control up to 8-axis CNC. Most STEP/DIR signal-driven motors such as stepper motors, servo drives, etc. can be used in various applications. Moreover, it can execute all other powerful PoKeys device features in parallel. The device contains dedicated connectors for connections with motor drivers, pendants, (HD44780-compatible) LCD modules, etc. In addition, 5 analog inputs with 12-bit resolution are available. The device also features four galvanically isolated open-collector outputs and isolated 0 to 10 V analog output.

The device runs the PoIL core and is compatible with PoBlocks graphical programming software. PoKeys57CNC is the only USB and Ethernet Mach4 CNC controller with an integrated Programmable Logic Controller. Thus automating different peripherals with PoBlocks is simple. Moreover, it can interchange data with other software applications using the PoKeys57CNC device.

PoKeys USB products integrate support for a virtual USB keyboard and joystick, making USB keyboard and joystick emulation straightforward. Digital input pins can be mapped to virtual keyboard and joystick keys, while analog inputs can be mapped to virtual joystick axes. Configuration is simple using our intuitive graphical PoKeys configuration application, which allows users to test each function.

  • Isolated 0-10V output for spindle control, hence noise is isolated from the controller,
  • Dedicated connector for HD44780-based character LCD support (up to 4×20 characters),
  • Dedicated connector for PoPendant1C
  • PoExtBus orPoNET devices support for adding PoNetKBD48CNC, PoPendant1C, PoRelay8, PoExtBusOC16, and up to 100 I2C sensors
