Neotronics SA was founded in 2015, with a passion for electronics, CNC, and Robotics, we wanted to bring value to the market. We are an online Electronic and CNC Store located in South Africa. With thousands of online registered customers and we've sold close to 4000 CNC machines, Our company is serious about making a difference in the electronics and CNC industry. 

How did it all start?

Through the years, there was always a drive and passion for electronics and CNC engraving, we wanted to give back to the community by making it possible for every business owner, the homeowner to afford electronics and laser machines. 

Neotronics SA is a level 1 BBBEE company, The founder has a highly experienced skill set where IT specialists and Robotic automation meet. This brings great innovation in this arena bringing quality and reliable products to its customers. He always had a passion for Electronics together with automation. Now he collaborates hand in hand with many factories and innovators bringing affordable quality products to the industry. Providing unparalleled support and world-class service.

Where are you based?

We currently are online-based only, but arrangements can be made for collection. Currently, we have 2 main storage warehouses, Port Elizabeth is the main storage facility at the moment.

Technical Support

We provide technical support to all customers where required, we also partnered with local experts to go onsite and assist with installations, and training, where needed. A dedicated WhatsApp support line is available to all customers to get in touch quickly and efficiently.

How do you handle delivery?

All our orders are shipped via the Courier Guy and DSV -Globeflight overnight if in stock locally, if the order is on backorder usually it is shipped within 2-3 weeks using the courier guy.

Orders are properly inspected and go through a strict handling and quality process.
