All Terms and Conditions should be strictly adhered to at all times and followed:

Items will be dispatched once payment is reflected on our bank account and items are in stock - the bank account to deposit the funds into will be made available during the checkout process. Please make sure all payments have been made to avoid any delays on your order.

Returns - Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with items you purchase from us. However, if you wish to return an unused item, we offer the following guidelines.

All CNC Spindle motors, Laser Engraver and Milling Machines, Mechanical parts such as linear Guides and Rails, Laser Modules,  and Stepper Motor Kits and drivers include a 6 Month warranty from date of purchase. We will provide full support and ensure that you are satisfied and assist where possible. All CNC Spindle Motors, CNC Linear Guides, CNC Milling machines, Routers, Laser Machines,  Frames, Stepper Drivers and Stepper Motors are limited to ONLY 1 replacement unit that covers the warranty.

Fiber Laser Machines, and Dot Peen Marking Machines are provided with the software, Usage of Fiber laser machines and Dot Peen machines are the customer's responsibility. Any misuse or damage to the machine caused by the customer will not be refundable for any reason unless a defective machine has been picked up during the testing phase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the machine meets its requirements. 

All products purchased from us are returnable within 5 days after receiving the products, Should 5 days exceed and the customer would like to return the products due to any reason,  this won't be possible due to reselling purposes, It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all parts purchased from us are correct and work as they intended. The product loses value once they are opened and we cannot resell the product. This is very important and no exceptions will be made.

Please note : Important: All items purchased through our website are returnable within 7 days for a refund or exchange after the product is received by the customer and if any faults with the Unit, subject to the following conditions: This is very important to customers:

•     An R100.00 re-stocking fee - Arduino & Raspberry Pi parts ONLY, CNC parts will be worked out according to weight.
•     A report on what happened to the unit if not operational or faulty.
•     Item(s) must be in original unopened packaging
•     The original invoice is required for all returns
•     Return shipping charges are not refundable
•     Refunds may take up to 15 working days to process
•     Returns on items with free shipping will be refunded for the purchase price less the shipping cost originally incurred to send you the items
•     Electrical parts/components and decals are not returnable
•     CNC Spindle Motors and Kits that need to be reconditioned or sent back for repairs will involve a Fee, this Fee will depend on the motor and Kit. A portion of the Shipping fee will also have to be paid from the customer if it is needed to be returned for repair / servicing and replacing of the unit.
•     Stepper Motor Kits that need to be replaced or repaired will involve a fee, This is dependant on the which motor and Kit. Sales department will work this out and provide an affordable solution for you.
•     Certain non-stocking items may not be returnable.
•     Items must be in new condition to obtain a full refund. Some items may be subject to restocking fees.
•     You must contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item
•     Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

International and National Shipping charges ARE NOT refundable unless an item was shipped to you in error. Manufacturers' warranties almost never cover shipping charges. In the event that an item requires warranty service, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from the warranty service centre. Returns on items with free shipping will be refunded for the purchase price less the shipping cost originally incurred to send you the items.

Our products are all in stock, some of our products are stated at the end of the description that they are stocked locally, so they can be shipped immediately overnight,  while others will state to please confirm availability at the end of the product description. The product will show in stock so that customers can place the order on backorder, Backorder is 7 - 10 days should there be no delay. This is very important to understand for all customers placing an order online.

Electrical parts/components are subject to internal damage that may not be apparent or tested for. Such damage can be the result of improper installation or subjecting the part to adverse environmental conditions (heat, static electricity). The item may appear to function properly, but it's life may be shortened or the item may suffer from intermittent failures. For this reason, all electrical parts/components are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Examine all goods upon receipt for possible shipping damage, and report any such damage to the carrier immediately. The carrier is responsible for any loss or damage incurred while being shipped.

By purchasing any product from Neotronics SA, you agree to take full responsibility for the use of the product and you agree to waive all liability for any injury or financial loss that may be caused as a result of the operation of the product.

Neotronics SA are only resellers, we will not be held accountable for any products purchased through us that were incorrect in your setup or project, This is the customer's responsibility.
