The ProCut Series is a Locally Manufactured CNC Router Machine. Made by our people for our people, it is powerful, stable, durable, and affordable.

The machine is perfect for sign-making, cutting various materials, manufacturing, furniture production, custom design, and more.

The ProCut comes in 2 sizes. We can custom-build a specific size should you need.

Option 1

Our ProCut Series is perfect for engraving/milling/cutting aluminium, wood, MDF, Perspex, acrylic, and other materials with high accuracy. It offers very good reliability, with high-quality controllers supplied with many upgradable options that are available. This is a great hobby-to-small-enterprise CNC machine.

The machine is built with an integrated frame. An additional table is required to place the machine on.

Available in Sleek Silver with blue or Industrial Black with blue.

Controller Options:

USB and Ethernet Mach4 CNC controller – PoKeys57CNC - Highly Recommended

PoKeys57CNC USB and Ethernet Mach4 CNC controller can control up to 8-axis CNC. Most STEP/DIR signal-driven motors such as stepper motors, servo drives, etc. can be used in various applications. Moreover, it can execute all other powerful PoKeys device features in parallel. The device contains dedicated connectors for connections with motor drivers, pendants, (HD44780-compatible) LCD modules, etc. In addition, 5 analog inputs with 12-bit resolution are available. The device also features four galvanically isolated open-collector outputs and isolated 0 to 10 V analog output.

The device runs the PoIL core and is compatible with PoBlocks graphical programming software. PoKeys57CNC is the only USB and Ethernet Mach4 CNC controller with an integrated Programmable Logic Controller. Thus automating different peripherals with PoBlocks is simple. Moreover, it can interchange data with other software applications using the PoKeys57CNC device.

PoKeys USB products integrate support for a virtual USB keyboard and joystick, making USB keyboard and joystick emulation straightforward. Digital input pins can be mapped to virtual keyboard and joystick keys, while analog inputs can be mapped to virtual joystick axes. Configuration is simple using our intuitive graphical PoKeys configuration application, which allows users to test each function.

On a dedicated PoExtBus/PoNET connector, it is possible to connect different extensions. Also, various additional peripherals such as PoNetKBD48CNC, PoPendant1C, PoRelay8, PoExtBusOC16, adapter for PNP and NPN sensors, and I2C sensors extend the functions of the PoKeys57CNC USB and Ethernet CNC controller.

  • Isolated 0-10V output for spindle control, hence noise is isolated from the controller,
  • Dedicated connector for HD44780-based character LCD support (up to 4×20 characters),

Wiring Diagram

The same Stepper Motor Driver DM542 - 4.2A is used for the PoKeys57CNC. It works well together.

DDCS offline Controller : 

DDCSV3.1 is a 3 or 4 axis motion controller for stepper and servo systems. We are very proud of this product; it combines great power with a tiny footprint and is easy to use. After a very short time you will be familiar with the functions and this manual will help you. The highest output pulse per axis is 500 kHz. The pulse width is adjustable (refer to driver manual). The control period of each position is only 4 milliseconds. This provides high control precision for stepper motors and servo motors.

DDCSV3.1 numerical control system adopts the ARM+FPGA design framework.  ARM controls the human-computer interface and code analysis and the FPGA provides the underlying algorithms and creates the control pulse. This guarantees reliable control and easy operation. The internal operating system is Linux-based. The panel layout structure of the CR8-500 is very rational to save space. All operations are controlled by only 17 keys and a comprehensive G code set is supported.

DDCSV3.1 can be used for many styles and types of CNC machines. Lathes, Routers, Pick & Place, and Mills are just a few examples. The CR8-500 operates as a Stand-Alone system without the need for a computer. This guarantees high precision, accuracy, and reliability. The interface, even very comprehensive, can be learned in a very short time.
