1. Does the machine use batteries to operate?

No it does not use batteries, it connects via a plug point. Allowing longer working time and longer marking durations.

2. What power options are available for the portable fiber marking machine? 

20W and 30W is for light marking such as stainless steel, soft metals. 50W is suitable for aluminium and hard industrial metals.

3. Does the machine come with software?

Yes the interface is a touchscreen panel with pre-loaded sofware.

4. Can you upload a design via USB to the machine?

Yes this is possible.

5. What size lens comes with the machine?

The machine comes with a 100mm Fiber Lens, we also offer 50mm lens and 150mm lens.

6. When would I need a larger lens size?

This depends on the size of the marking or logo size, sometimes if the logo size is larger, then a larger lens is required.

7. What is the warranty on the machine?

We offer a 1 year warranty of the machine from the date of delivery.
