The 4040MAX CNC router is a versatile and affordable machine that is ideal for small workshops, home-based businesses, or schools. With its compact size, the router can cut a wide range of materials, including wood, plastics, acrylics, and soft metals. It also comes with an offline controller, Z-Probe, and limit switches, pre-assembled. This is an affordable CNC Router for your workshop that can work on almost all materials. The machine is customizable, so you can add a laser module to the machine too making it the perfect woodworking machine for your workshop.

The Max version is the upgraded model from the previously renowned Pro version. It comes with the 500W spindle, making it powerful and bringing creative designing ideas to life.

The machine is provided complete with standard free software, the free software can be used at your own discretion, we usually recommend using paid software which gives better results, better support and overall better quality on your cutting finishes.

Product Features

• Limit switches on X&Y&Z Axis to keep safety from wrong operation, and keeps the E-stop to stop the machine from emergency. It also stores the home on the controller.
• New controller - We mixed the 4040pro controller and the board into a new controller. There will be no adaptor for the 500W spindle and laser; now we can connect the 500W spindle and 40W laser to the new controller directly and easily.
• Dust baffle - We add a dust baffle in 4040Max, which prevents dust from entering the profile gap inside the Y-axis effectively, so we can clean the machine more easily.
• 500W Spindle router available - It is powerful. and takes more practicality to our genius design
• Air Cooling is available to operate for a long time and long-lasting
• High-quality aluminium structure ensures the engraving is more precise, and long life of usage.
